With great enthusiasm we, the Pardatscher family, manage our wine and fruit farm in the heart of the community of Appiano and pamper our holiday guests. The historic farm is located between San Paolo and San Michele and consists of a 400 year old historic farmhouse, a renovated barn and a new guest house.

On around six hectares of orchards and vineyards we produce healthy apples and grapes for top quality wines. Our varied product selection ranges from Golden Delicious to Pink Lady, from Vernatsch and Gewürztraminer to fruity Merlot.

Sustainability and the respect for soil and plants are of special significance for us. As quality producers for the wineries St. Pauls and Schreckbichl, we can contribute to fine wines with our special location.

We are confident that our broad selection of apple varieties we will meet everyone’s taste. Around your holiday home the best apples of all prosper: the Golden Delicious. Then there is the sweet Fuji, who also offers a long shelf life. In Hocheppan in the Adige Valley at the foot of the Castle Hocheppan other delicious varieties prosper: Red Gala, Pink Lady and the crisp Granny Smith.
